Shipping & Delivery

  • How will my order ship?

All shipments to the U.S.A. are made by USPS First Class or Confirmed Priority Mail and come with tracking.

  • When will my order ship?

If we have your item(s) in stock, shipment normally occurs within 2 days of receipt of payment.
If we have to make the item(s) for you, we will normally ship in about 10 days, depending on the item. If we foresee any delays, we will let you know in your order acknowledgement.

NOTE: If we are away at a Faire or War, we may be delayed for 4-5 business days. Please check our schedule.

  • When will my order arrive?

Most US areas west of the Mississippi get their order within 2 days of shipment, east of the Mississippi in 2-3 days of shipment.
If you need a custom order by a specific date, please say so in the order form when you place your order. We will try to accommodate you if at all possible, and will inform you if we cannot.


Return & Exchange Policy

• Requests for returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS.

• If you ordered a regularly stocked item and the size or color you ordered was not the size or color we sent you (i.e. it was our error), or if the product is defective, we will exchange it without charge, or refund the purchase price upon its return.

• If you ordered a regularly stocked item and the size you ordered doesn’t fit; or if you ordered the wrong color; then we will exchange it for the proper size or color, and you will pay shipping charges for the replacement. We will NOT give a refund!

• If you ask us to make an item, like a doublet, and you specified the wrong size, each case will be handled on an individual basis. Criteria will include whether the size and/or color combination you ordered is resalable, and whether we can create another one in the requested size. (We may no longer have any of that particular fabric.)

NOTE: Exchanges will not be shipped until we receive the returned item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.


Not sure about a color or fabric? Ask for a swatch before ordering. We will NOT exchange or refund because “the color isn’t quite what I expected it to be.”
